Who We Are
YWCA Mankato Racial Justice (RJ) division is an educational enterprise dedicated to equipping and empowering individuals to confront policies, attitudes, and actions that generate racial inequity within our society. Through facilitated dialogues, innovative exercises and thought-provoking video excerpts, skilled trainers move teams from a place of limited, initial knowledge to a comprehensive understanding of the social constructs of race and racism.
Racial Justice Trainers
Knowledgeable trainers dedicated to the personal growth of every workshop attendee.
Racial Justice Facilitators
Community members committed to the elimination of racism in our city, state, and nation. Each person has invested time into being trained to facilitate important dialogues about race.
Intentionally crafted learning sessions designed to stimulate the mind and ignite the heart.
