Brave New Workshop: Improv(e) Your Leadership Mindset
Seize Your Moment to Lead! If you have ever stopped yourself from sharing an idea in a meeting, felt at a loss for words, doubted yourself, feared failure, or battled unhealthy perfectionism, this session is for you. Improv teaches you to put aside anxiety, fear, and stress in order to take the lead.
You will improv(e) your leadership voice through fun, experiential, game-based activities that invite a Mindset of Discovery, a lens that celebrates learning and moving forward. During this interactive session, you will practice simple everyday behaviors and mind-shifts to improve your confidence in handling any situation in the moment and bring your authentic voice to any conversation.
You will practice and stretch in an environment of safety, laughter, and camaraderie, as you support each other in using your leadership voice. Remember, if you want to further develop your leadership, practice makes perfect improved!
